Description
This was a unique opportunity to design spaces for an RV park located in Callahan, Florida. While 80% was new build, there was an existing restaurant and rental shop that was also included in the scope to bring it up to current standards and codes. Spaces for this scope included a check-in building for RV guests, laundry and restroom facilities guest only restaurant, pro shop, on site offices space, and a public recreation building that includes a reception lobby, restaurant, arcade and 3 separate pools. In addition, there an open pavilion that also houses a coffee and ice cream shop, co-working space, fitness and rentable meeting room.
